I was in need of new rotors and brake pads for my car when I stumbled upon Nu Brakes. After filling out an inquiry online, they contacted me shortly, was able to diagnose the issue and gave me a quite reasonable quote. In less than 24 hrs, Dominique came out to my home to service my car. He was very professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and kind. He didn’t try to “nickel and dime” me as some mechanics have tried in the past. Not to mention, his service was extremely quick! It’s only been a day but my car quietly glides into stopping once again instead of giving a round of thunderous applause and it’s all thanks to these guys. I’d highly recommend.

I highly recommend this service! My technician Jay was incredibly professional and efficient. The price was much better than the dealership or nearby shops and I had the ultimate convenience of being home.

I was in need of brake pad replacements and Andrew came out and gave clear explanations on everything that was happening with my vehicle and what that was causing my brakes to do. I was pleased with the speed of service, professionalism and breakdown of all the info needed. Will use again for sure!
